Making financial workflows actually work
We help companies move their financial operations into digital systems that reduce manual work and cut down on errors. Based in Singapore since 2014, working with businesses ready to streamline how they handle invoicing, approvals, and reporting.
How we got here
Started in 2014 when a few of us noticed companies were drowning in spreadsheets and paper trails for their financial processes. Accounts payable taking weeks. Payment approvals getting lost in email chains. Month-end reporting eating up entire weekends. We figured there had to be a better way to handle this stuff without requiring a complete overhaul of how finance teams actually work.
First few clients were small businesses in Singapore who needed their invoice processing to stop being such a headache. We built simple digital workflows that matched how they already operated, just removed the paper shuffling and manual data entry. Turned out that practical approach worked better than trying to force them into some elaborate enterprise system they didn't need.
Over the years we've worked with manufacturers tracking supplier payments, service companies managing client billing, and distributors coordinating purchase orders across multiple locations. Each one needed something slightly different, but the common thread was always the same: they wanted their financial processes to be faster, more accurate, and less of a daily struggle.
We don't promise instant transformation or revolutionary technology. What we do is sit down with your team, figure out where the actual bottlenecks are, and build digital solutions that fit how you need to work. Sometimes that means connecting your accounting software to your approval workflows. Other times it's about automating reconciliation tasks that someone's been doing manually for years. The goal is always to make your financial operations run smoother without creating new problems in the process.
Now we're a team of consultants and implementation specialists who've seen pretty much every variation of financial process pain points. We know what works in practice versus what sounds good in a sales pitch. And we're still based in Singapore, still focused on helping businesses get their financial workflows sorted out properly.
People who make it happen
The consultants and specialists who actually do the work when you bring us in to sort out your financial processes.
Linnea Bjornstad
Spent eight years configuring accounting systems before joining us. Handles the technical side of getting digital workflows connected to your existing financial software. Good at explaining technical limitations in plain language so you know what's actually possible versus what's just wishful thinking.
Vesna Kovacevic
Worked in finance departments for twelve years dealing with the same manual processes we now help digitize. Maps out current workflows, identifies what's causing delays, and designs practical digital solutions that match how your team actually operates. Doesn't recommend technology just because it's trendy.
Practical over perfect
We build solutions that work with your current setup rather than forcing you to change everything. If a simple automation solves the problem, we don't push for complex enterprise systems you don't need.
Honest about limitations
Not every process should be digitized. Sometimes the manual way actually makes more sense. We'll tell you when automation isn't the answer and what trade-offs you're making with each approach.
Built for your team
Digital workflows only work if people actually use them. We design systems around how your finance team operates, not some theoretical best practice that looks good on paper but fails in reality.
How we approach projects
Each financial digitization project is different, but we follow a consistent process to understand what you need and build something that actually solves it.
Map current processes
We sit with your finance team to document how things actually work right now. Where invoices come from, who approves what, how data moves between systems. This usually reveals bottlenecks nobody realized were there.
Identify automation opportunities
Not everything needs to be automated. We look for high-volume, repetitive tasks where digital workflows will make a real difference. Data entry, approval routing, reconciliation tasks, report generation.
Design practical solutions
Build workflows that integrate with your existing accounting software and match how your team operates. We don't force you onto new platforms unless there's a genuine need. Focus is on reducing manual work, not creating a perfect system.
Implement and train
Roll out changes gradually so your team can adjust. Train people on the new workflows, handle technical setup, and stick around to fix issues that come up during the first few weeks of actual use.
